In summary the A blood group are vegetarians and have a sensitive digestive tract. They respond best to stress with calming actions and flourish on a vegetarian diet. For the blood group A, it is vital to have as much as possible the foods fresh, pure and organic.
Foods that are not encouraged are wheat, red meat and dairy foods. Wheat makes muscle tissue acidic. Red meat are poorly digested. And dairy foods provoke insulin reaction and increases mucous secretions.
Blood group A thrive on vegetables as it aids efficient digestion and metabolism and prevent fluid retention.
